We started the process last fall and, unfortunately, there were significant delays along the way due to a number of factors outside of Madda’s control, including electrical work, drywall, siding and insulation contractors, including a 4 month delays with NS Power. What could have been a very frustrating and stressful experience was made much easier because of Eddy.
Eddy was incredibly patient, understanding, and professional from beginning to end. He stayed in regular contact with us, checking in weekly or every couple of weeks to keep us updated and make sure we knew what was happening. He was always approachable, listened to our concerns, and never made us feel like we had been forgotten.
Eddy also completed the grant application process and financing for us,which was extremely helpful and made the whole process much easier to manage. He took the time to answer our questions and guide us through the different steps.
After about nine months from when we first contacted the company ( once again out on f their control), we got everything completed. Once the house was ready, the heat pump installation itself went very smoothly, and we are very happy to have the job finished.
We truly appreciate Eddy’s dedication, communication, patience, and understanding throughout what turned into a much longer process than we originally expected due to difficulties with contractors etc! He continued to stay in touch and support us the entire way, and that really made a difference.
