Wendy GaskellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.MADA came to our house to check it for heatpumps on Sept.21 and at 9:00 on the 28th they installed one in the living room and one in the basement. They were finished cleaned any mess on the floors and explained how they worked and were out of here before 11.20. They also put in a pony electrical box. We were very impressed with their work. We have never encountered such a friendly and efficient group from start to finish. Also had a great price. Excellent service all around.Posted on Google![]()
Shauna MacneilTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience with Madda, and we especially want to recognize Eddy for his outstanding support throughout the entire process of having our heat pumps installed. We started the process last fall and, unfortunately, there were significant delays along the way due to a number of factors outside of Madda’s control, including electrical work, drywall, siding and insulation contractors, including a 4 month delays with NS Power. What could have been a very frustrating and stressful experience was made much easier because of Eddy. Eddy was incredibly patient, understanding, and professional from beginning to end. He stayed in regular contact with us, checking in weekly or every couple of weeks to keep us updated and make sure we knew what was happening. He was always approachable, listened to our concerns, and never made us feel like we had been forgotten. Eddy also completed the grant application process and financing for us,which was extremely helpful and made the whole process much easier to manage. He took the time to answer our questions and guide us through the different steps. After about nine months from when we first contacted the company ( once again out on f their control), we got everything completed. Once the house was ready, the heat pump installation itself went very smoothly, and we are very happy to have the job finished. We truly appreciate Eddy’s dedication, communication, patience, and understanding throughout what turned into a much longer process than we originally expected due to difficulties with contractors etc! He continued to stay in touch and support us the entire way, and that really made a difference. Thank you, Eddy, and thank you to the entire Madda team for being patient and understanding during this long process! We are very happy with our new heat pumps and would definitely recommend Madda to others.Posted on Google![]()

Find answers to common questions about commercial and industrial HVAC installation, maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades. Learn how to choose suitable HVAC solutions for your building’s comfort and operational needs.
Commercial and industrial HVAC includes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services for offices, retail buildings, restaurants, warehouses, industrial facilities, and other non-residential properties. Services may include installation, replacement, repairs, maintenance, and ventilation improvements.
Costs vary depending on building size, equipment capacity, system type, installation access, and the amount of modification required. Rooftop replacements, multi-zone heat pump installations, and larger ventilation projects each have different cost considerations. A property assessment provides a more reliable estimate.
The recommended frequency depends on equipment type, operating hours, occupancy, and manufacturer guidance. Many commercial systems benefit from seasonal inspections, while heavily used or critical equipment may require more frequent servicing.
Installation and replacement work may be scheduled during evenings, weekends, or planned phases when availability and project requirements permit. Discuss your operating hours during the initial assessment so scheduling can be considered in the project plan.
Frequent breakdowns, uneven temperatures, declining performance, rising operating costs, and increasing repair requirements may indicate that replacement is worth considering. A professional assessment can help compare continued repairs with the cost and benefits of a new system.
